Dr. Gayanga B Herath

Qualified in both the UK and Denmark, Dr. Gayanga brings a multidisciplinary background to his work. He holds an Engineering degree in Networks and Security, a Master’s degree in IT, Management, and Organizational Change and a PhD in Communication, Cognition, and Organizational Behavior. His industry experience spans roles such as Senior Transformation Consultant and Researcher – in logistics, ICT, and telco sectors – across Sweden, Norway, the UK, Zambia, and Denmark.

Udeni’s experience spans Europe, Canada, and India, working for leading multinational companies. He currently sits on the boards of several banks and financial institutions.

Ms. Puvani Iyadurai
Educationist, Advocate of Environmental Protection and Sustainability
Non-Executive Director | Advisory in ESG, Sustainability, and People
Ms. Iyadurai is a strong advocate and activist of environmental protection, sustainability and child welfare. With over a decade of experience in the education and banking sectors, she took a career break to focus on family commitments. She now returns to public life as an advisor at Gadimah Consulting, on ESG, sustainability, and people affairs, while also overseeing admin functions of the company. Additionally, she advises on aligning deliverables with UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
