Once you reach out to us at [email protected], a team member will be assigned to discuss your requirements, scope, timeline, and other relevant details. Following the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we will work together to define the scope of work. After that, we will provide a detailed consultancy proposal outlining the assigned consultants, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms. This will be followed by an evaluation and negotiation phase, which will conclude with formal agreements. Once finalized, the consultancy service will commence.

We do not publicly disclose the details of our Adjunct Consultancy Panel members due to privacy and non-disclosure agreements. However, when you engage with us for a consultancy project, we will provide you with detailed profiles of the consultants assigned to your project at the proposal stage. This includes their qualifications, skills, experience, and expertise in the relevant areas. Should you require any changes to the assigned consultants for mutually acceptable reasons, this will be addressed during the negotiation process.
Consultants will be assigned based on the specific requirements of each consultancy engagement. They may be available in any combination of full-time, part-time, onsite, remote, or hybrid modes, depending on the scope, complexity, and intensity of the project. These arrangements will be discussed during the scoping phase, outlined in the consultancy proposal, and can be revisited during negotiations. Ultimately, consultants will be assigned in the most optimal way to ensure successful delivery while maintaining cost-efficiency for the client.

Once your application and subsequent screening meet our criteria, you will be invited to sign an agreement with us. This agreement will cover non-disclosure, non-competition, adherence to Gadimah Consulting LLC-FZ’s ethical and professional guidelines, as well as any housekeeping requirements. After this, you will be added to our waitlist, pending a consultancy inquiry relevant to your expertise and experience. When such an inquiry arises, we will consult with you regarding the scope of the engagement and agree on your terms and expected payments. These details will be included in our comprehensive consultancy proposal to the client. If the proposal is successful, you will be formally engaged for the assignment, alongside other consultants involved, at the mutually agreed terms and payment rates.
